Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by 360 App Services Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to the client (“you” or “Client”). By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms:

Services

360 App Services Inc. provides website design & development, digital marketing, SEO, PPC advertising, and marketing automation services as outlined in your project proposal, invoice, or agreement.

Payment Terms

A 50% upfront deposit is required to begin any project unless otherwise agreed.
The remaining balance is due upon final delivery or before the project goes live.
Monthly services (e.g., marketing retainers, SEO, or automation) are billed in advance every month.
Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest fee on the outstanding balance.

Project Timelines

Estimated project timelines are shared upon kickoff.
Delays due to client unresponsiveness, incomplete information, or revision requests may affect delivery schedules.
All content and materials must be provided within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Revisions & Scope

Standard packages include a set number of revisions (outlined in your proposal).
Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate or quoted separately.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:
Provide accurate and timely content, feedback, and access required for the project.
Review and approve work within the review periods provided.
Ensure legal use of all content, images, and third-party materials provided to us.

Ownership & Rights

Upon full payment, you own the final design or deliverables created specifically for you.
We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Any software, plugin, or third-party license fees are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Refunds

Projects may be canceled with 14 days’ written notice.
Deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable.
Marketing retainers require 30 days’ notice for cancellation or pause.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary or confidential information private, including business strategies, pricing, and login credentials.

Limitation of Liability

360 App Services Inc. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including lost profits or data.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
